The Kampen Beer Museum is located in the Voorstraat, the oldest part of Kampen. The beautifully restored building dates back to 1440, the heyday of trade in our Hanseatic city. There are untold historical stories to tell about the nearly 600 years since this patrician residence was built. The main feature is the Medieval Tasting Room with three self-developed special beers based on the glorious past of Hanseatic city Kampen. Upon entering, you will find the Museum Shop with beer and beer glasses, gift packages and much more. At the back of the store is an unexpectedly spacious pantry. Space to make coffee, packages and storage. Naturally attractively presented. A counter with cash register are obviously present. The historical Gallery (12 meters deep) tells the history of Kampen in words and images. The Gallery leads every visitor to the Medieval tasting room where daily tastings are organized. In addition to the rental costs, (service) costs are charged for the following:

Rental conditions:

- Deposit: tenant must provide a bank guarantee in the amount of 3 months payment obligation.
- Rental period in consultation
- Rent adjustment:
Annually, for the first time one year after the rental commencement date, based on the change of the price index figure according to the consumer price index 'all households' (2006=100), determined by the CBS.
- VAT:
Tenant declares that it performs at least 90% of its services taxed with sales tax. If at any time the lessee no longer meets this criterion, the lease will be legally exempt from VAT. In that case, the agreed rent, excluding sales tax, will be increased in such a way that the financial disadvantage for the lessor is compensated.
