AOS customer portal

In the portal, you can view your current policies, report damage, cancel insurance, download your green card, and change your address.
Soon, you will also be able to change your vehicle details and update your IBAN number.  

Report damage

Do you have a claim? If so, you can report it online using the form below. Do you need an emergency towing service? On your green card you will find the phone number of the emergency service to which your insurance company is affiliated.

If you have windshield damage coverage, you can use a windshield repairer listed on your green card. In most cases, the windshield repairer will settle the claim with your insurance company.

Report complaint

Are you not satisfied with our services? Then you can file a complaint with us by filling out the complaint form. Your complaint will then be immediately assigned to a staff member who will handle it. In any case, we will provide you with a substantive response within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
