Change of IBAN number

If your IBAN number changes, you can quickly and easily notify us via our online portal. Log in, follow the steps, and we will ensure that the new account number is processed.

Please note: The company needs time to process a change. On average, this takes 10 working days. It is therefore possible that the next direct debit will still be made from the old account number. Keep a close eye on whether or not the premium has been debited. If in doubt, please contact us.
