Complaints

Are you not satisfied with our services? Then you can file a complaint with us by filling out the complaint form. Your complaint will then immediately be assigned to a staff member who will handle it. In any case, we will give you a substantive response within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

Complaint not properly resolved

If the complaint is not resolved by Alpina to your satisfaction, you can, if you wish, go to the Financial Services Complaints Institute (Kifid).

You can also take your complaint to the Dispute Resolution Board through the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
