Change of IBAN number
Would you like to change your IBAN? You can easily submit this change through our online customer portal. Log in, enter your new IBAN, and we’ll make sure it’s updated.
Please note: The company needs time to process a change. On average, this takes 10 working days. It is therefore possible that the next direct debit will still be made from the old account number. Keep a close eye on whether or not the premium has been debited. If in doubt, please contact us.
