Would you like to change your IBAN number? You can easily submit this change through our online customer portal. Log in, enter your new IBAN number, and we’ll make sure it’s updated.

Please note: The company needs time to process a change. On average, this takes 10 business days. As a result, the next payment may still be deducted from the old account number. Please check carefully to see whether the premium has been deducted. If you have any questions, please contact us.
