The overview includes all personal and vehicle data contained in the registry, both current and historical.

Everything About the RDW Registry

For example, if you have lost yourcertificate of indemnificationor if your insurance company wants to know whichlicense plate numbersare registered in your name, you can request a summary from theRDWof the information listed in the RDW registry (license plate numbers that are or have been registered in your name).

You can show this summary to your insurance company. Based on this, they can cancel your current insurance policy. Your insurer is not required to accept this summary. It is a good idea to check with your insurance company first.

The report includes all personal and vehicle data contained in the registry, including both current and historical data (going back up to 9 years). You can request this report in writing. There is a fee for this service. If you meet the conditions listed below, you will receive the data by mail.
