Cooperation between the NBBU and Alpina

For the NBBU, we have joined forces within Alpina to provide you with optimal support during a major change in the collective labor agreement. Temporary workers in phases 1 and 2 can no longer be dismissed if they are sick and remain employed during the contract period. It is therefore wise to offer a 4-week contract each time. A sick employee then disappears into the Sickness Benefits Act after a maximum of 4 weeks. You do have a greater financial risk and you have the health and safety obligation for these sick employees.

That is why we have developed a new product with coverage for the entire risk of the first two years. So both the four weeks of absence and the entire period of the Sickness Benefits Act. Including the 20% supplement for the first year of illness and the 10% supplement for the second year. Our health and safety service Alpina@Work performs the health and safety service, so there is no transfer of file.

The strength of our offer is that it is 100% compliant. But we are the only provider to offer modular coverage: only coverage for the Sickness Benefits Act and occupational health and safety guidance is mandatory. In addition, we can also offer customization, for example if you do not switch to 4-week contracts.
